A clear quality path for every batch of parts

Quality management starts with drawing review, not final measurement. We establish unified standards for critical dimensions, appearance grades, and packaging requirements.

Quality Flow

Six-stage quality control

01

Drawing Review

Confirm tolerances, datums, critical features, and inspection feasibility.

02

Material Confirmation

Check grade, condition, surface, and specification documentation.

03

First Article Check

Confirm key dimensions, fitting surfaces, and appearance standards.

04

Process Sampling

Record batch status and monitor tool wear and dimensional drift.

05

Final Inspection

Recheck appearance and critical dimensions against the agreed standard.

06

Protective Packing

Protect against moisture, scratches, and corrosion with buyer-approved labels.

Inspection

Inspection capability and report support

Inspection methods are configured according to part grade. Data can be provided for important projects to support incoming inspection, traceability, and process improvement.

  • Vernier calipers, micrometers, and height gauges
  • Bore gauges, thread gauges, and plug gauges
  • 2D vision measurement
  • Roughness and flatness sampling
  • Coordination of material certificates and surface-treatment reports

Standards

Quality agreement recommendations

Drawing Priority

The customer-signed-off version is the sole production basis; changes require reconfirmation of both quotation and process.

Critical Items

Recommend marking key dimensions, fitting surfaces, visible surfaces, and mandatory inspection items on drawings.

Report Format

If material certificates, dimensional reports, or treatment reports are required, confirm the report format before ordering.
